Thingino cameras show up by name as soon as you open the app, and most other brands turn up when it scans your Wi-Fi.

Switch day and night mode, drag to pan a pan-and-tilt camera, and sign in with the password you already use for the camera's web page.

Collects nothing
CamFetti doesn't collect anything. Camera passwords stay in your iPhone's Keychain, and the app only ever talks to your cameras.
